Acid Neutralizer (pH)-Terminox™-Water Softener-RO

$2076

This well water treatment systems does everything you need it to. And it is effective removing iron, sulfur, manganese, hardness, chemicals, arsenic, dissolved solids, sodium, salt and much more.

 10" Acid Neutralizer Tank

Well water treatment system for pH, iron, sulfur, hard water and drinking water purification.

The backwashing acid neutralizer is the most maintenance free way to raise your pH. And eliminate the problems associated with acidic water. Such as green staining and leaking pipes. You simply need to add a little mineral once a year or so. When it is properly sized. And an acid neutralizer works by dissolving safe and needed minerals into your water. And neutralizing the acid that is found in many well water supplies. Also you can upgrade to a larger size for just a few dollars more. We have whatever you need.

7" Terminox™ Filter

Well water treatment systems for many different types of water. There are a number of complete well water treatment systems on this page. for pH, iron, sulfur, hard water and drinking water purification.

Includes an oxidizing mineral, like a rock, that comes out of the ground. It NATURALLY oxidizes things such as iron, manganese and sulfur. It turns oxidized items into a sediment form. Which cannot pass through its dense mineral bed.

Unlike birm filters which require air injection. Or other filters which require chlorine, salt or hazardous chemicals. Such as a toxic chemical called potassium permanganate. This filter is environmentally friendly and requires no additives at all. It periodically cleans itself in the middle of the night. And requires virtually no maintenance. You just "Set it and forget it." The 7" is for lower flow rates.

It removes iron, sulfur, manganese, dirt, sediment, turbidity. And harsh chemicals as well, such as chlorine. As the mineral is a catalyst it virtually never requires removal and replacement. The average Terminox™ filter should last you 25 to 35 years. It is state of the art Technology. And is offered exclusively by WFOA™. These units are most effective on a pH of 7.5 or higher. To properly size your unit you must know your flow rate and pH.

30K On Demand Water Softener

Water softener  comes complete and includes the mineral tank, 1 cubic foot of resin, control valve, salt tank. This unit regenerates (cleans itself) with "state of the art" 'metered' controls. Which means it only regenerates as needed. Saving you water and salt (or potassium). The average customer tells us that they only add salt about once per year when the water softener is properly applied.

Reverse Osmosis System

This is a 5 filter system that includes a 5 Micron pre sediment filter, pre carbon filter, carbon block filter, High Flow Reverse Osmosis Membrane. And a polishing taste and odor post filter. Also, reverse Osmosis is widely recognized as the best way to provide the cleanest great tasting water at your finger tips. And Reverse Osmosis removes up to 98% of most impurities that can be found in your water. Including the sodium that is added by a water softener (read our article about drinking soft water. It is the most practical and economical way to insure that you and your family has great drinking water. And with high flow membrane and 4 Gallon Storage tank you will virtually never run out of water.

Chemical feeder - Retention Tank (Contact Tank)

Well water treatment systems for many different types of water.Storage-Retention-Contact Tank

Chemical Feeder (110v or 220v), Retention Tank (120 Gal.) (#4701-15,4713,4227) For the control of e-coli, coliform, sediment, sand, sulfur etc. And this unit does NOT remove the chlorine afterwards. You certainly can expect to have residual chlorine similar to what many cities and municipal supplies have.

You may want to consider adding a maintenance FREE Terminox™ Filter System which removes strong chemicals such as chlorine. It also removes iron and rust, dirt, sulfur, sediment etc. There are no ongoing carbon or filter replacements needed. It cleans and maintains itself when properly applied.

Also NOTE:

You need one retention tank for EACH 6 GPM of flow rate. As determined by item #7 on this page: https://waterfiltersofamerica.com/articles.htm. For example: If you had a 10-12 GPM flow rate you would need TWO retention tanks. We have flow restrictors for under $100 that can restrict your flow. And save money on extra retention tanks.

So you could put a 6 GPM flow restrictor on a 10 GPM flow rate. That would reduce the need for TWO retention tanks (contact tanks) to ONE retention tank. It would still be effective to safely kill harmful bacterium such as e-coli and coliform. Which normally requires 20 minutes of "Contact Time" to be certain the bacterium are killed.

Please Note when using chlorine and a Terminox™ ISM, no retention tank is needed to treat iron bacteria.

SOME COMMON QUESTIONS WE HEAR
What if I have a constant pressure well pump?

Not many people have these. You can't do the normal flow rate check like you can with a conventional well pump and pressure tank type set up. What you are trying to do is determine what is the most water that will ever come down that pipe? You can either ask the well pump installer what the maximum amount of water is that the system can provide, or call and speak with one of our friendly water techs at 800-684-0979 for assistance. Most constant pressure pumps for residential wells usually deliver a maximum flow of 18-22 GPM. But don't assume. Also, do not use the pump rating that is listed on the pump as your guide. That rating rarely matches what rate is actually coming down that water line because of the many differences in the set up of the water system..

What if I have a variable speed well pump?

Most people do not have a variable speed pump. And if you have a well pump and pressure tank both. It likely is not a variable speed pump. And you can't do the normal flow rate check like you can with a conventional well pump and pressure tank type set up. What you are trying to do is determine what is the most water that will ever come down that pipe? And you can either ask the well pump installer what the maximum amount of water is that the system can provide, or call and speak with one of our friendly water techs at 800-684-0979 for assistance.

Most constant pressure pumps for residential wells usually deliver a maximum flow of 18-22 GPM. But don't assume that to be true. Also, do not use the pump rating that is listed on the pump as your guide. That rating rarely matches what rate is actually coming down that water line because of the many differences in the set up of the water system.

Please Note:

*When using chlorine and a Terminox™ ISM no retention tank is needed to treat iron bacteria normally.

*Sizes listed in the combination systems may not be right for your home. And you should be sure to check the flow rate as suggested before you buy anything from anyone.
